The Hot Melt Gluing Machine has automatic width and height adjustments using linear guides, and has an HMI (human machine interface) with a 4.3” touch screen, making it easier to adjust the equipment.

Gluing head with glue container for up to 4 kg and automatic glue application nozzle, which are activated via sensors.

The machine allows you to choose between two glue application options, either continuous or intermittent, thus reducing glue consumption. These options are available for selection on the HMI screen.

Furthermore, the machine has a lateral adjustment system for the applicator head with movement on linear guides and a wheel for movement, allowing the closing of boxes with application in any position across the width of the box.

It also includes the automatic connection of the gluing head , allowing it to be ready to work at the beginning of the production working hours;

The machine receives the pre-assembled volume from the assembly line, through a previous line already existing at the customer's location; as soon as it enters the equipment, the volume is squared by the lateral traction tracks together with the lower traction roller system. Next, the upper flap guide system guides the volume to the automatic glue application nozzle, where it applies the glue in both the continuous and dotted systems, according to the option selected on the equipment's HMI; then the upper forming belt applies the necessary pressure until the volume leaves the equipment.

Glue consumption considering the continuous application mode is 3 grams/meter and consumption in dot mode is 1.5 grams/meter;

All speed variation options, height and width adjustments are automatic and are selected on the equipment's HMI.
