Technological highlights

The parts are manually fed onto a table with free rollers at the entrance of the machine. The item is displaced, passing through the interior of the ring with the assistance of the operator, who activates the rotation of the ring by using a button or a pedal. At the end of the item packaging cycle sequence, with the operator’s absolute control, regardless of item irregularities, the strech film is manually cut, leaving the packaging cycle of another item ready to be started;

The machine works with reels of 166mm wide, 200mm in diameter and inner tube of 75mm;
It works with two (02) opposing reels that balance the forces on the parts placed in the center of the ring. This makes handling easier, improves wrapping and increases productivity;
Adjustable tension of the stretch film reels, adapting to different packaging characteristics;
Pedal activation with a two-speed motor;
Bubble wrap holder with maximum width of 1500mm;
